1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship within India only.
At present, we do not offer international shipping.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST will be processed on the next business day.
During peak seasons, festivals, or sales, processing times may be slightly longer.
3. Shipping Time & Delivery
Estimated delivery time after dispatch:
Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
Non-Metro / Other Locations: 5–8 business days
Remote Areas: 7–10 business days
Delivery timelines may vary due to courier partner delays, weather conditions, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Any free shipping offers will be clearly mentioned on the product page or during checkout.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS, email, or WhatsApp.
You can track your order using the provided tracking details.

7. Delays in Delivery
While we strive to deliver orders on time, Avira is not responsible for delays caused by:
Courier company issues
Natural disasters
Government restrictions
Incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer
8. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Please ensure that your shipping address and contact number are accurate.
If a delivery fails due to incorrect details or unavailability, re-shipping charges may apply.
9. Damaged or Missing Packages
If you receive:
A damaged product, or
A missing item
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos and order details.
We will investigate and assist as per our Return & Refund Policy.
