Return & Refund Policy – Avira 
At Avira, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Returns

  • We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags and original packaging intact.
  • Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.


2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

 

  • Used or damaged products (not caused during delivery)
  • Products returned after 7 days of delivery.
  • Products without original packaging or tags.


3. Damaged or Wrong Product

 If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item:

  • Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Share clear photos or videos of the product and packaging for verification.
  • After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

4. Refunds

  • Once your return is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our mistake.


5. Exchange

  • Exchanges are allowed only for damaged or wrong products, subject to stock availability.


6. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged/wrong item), we will bear the return shipping cost.
  • In all other cases, the customer will be responsible for return shipping charges.


7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
